Responsible of Demand Management, Program Management & Service Management Support areas for Azimut Holding Spa

Program management activities for Azimut Holding Spa, the main italian independent financial asset management company. I'm also in charge of Technical Management and Service Operation functions regarding the SaaS provided to this customer from ObjectWay Data Center. I directly manage the delivery of projects in CRM, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Wealth and Investment Management areas using Agile Scrum methodologies and tools.

Responsible of delivery and profitability of all projects inside the H3G Data Center Transformation Program (DCO).The scope was to transform the infrastructure from a legacy /multivendor technologies towards a fully managed standard environment based on virtualization technology on x86 platforms. All BSS/OSS/WEB applications have been re-hosted on x86 architecture by virtualization or migration according to the compatibility of them with the new architecture and database migrated in server farms. Data center consolidation and outsourcing of infrastructure services by put in place ITIL compliant processes.The need of a full refresh of security applications was the driver to assign to me also the role of ICT Security Manager, responsible for design and development of audit and log management, single sign-on, access management, strong authentication, identity and token management. All these applications were migrated to new upgraded products and all users’ data have been migrated according to security policies. Between 2012 and 2014 I was also responsible for the delivery of change requests that affect security area and I gave support to Security Governance for Auditing of "Garante della Privacy".

Role: Coordinator Manager Coordinate a team of Customer Project Managers involved in system integration projects (WEB, Multimedia and Service Layer area). Act directly as a Project Manager/Solution Manager on several critical projects.Consultant for Ericsson Corporate on Advertising and Service Delivery Platform (due diligence on 3PP advertising solutions in order to provide business analysis, mainly benchmarks for D&B decision and enterprise analysis). Prototyping solutions in this area and participate as fulfillment and solution responsible on several RFP. Coordinate, as QA Manager, the insourcing of quality assurance activities by manage a team of testers to perform E2E System Integration Test and validation for Mobile products and services Role: Solution Manager / Customer Project Manager Solution management of Datacard mobile portal to enable the selling of datacards (USIM data) and the end user self-service configuration of them.After product delivery, I act as Project Risk Manager and Integration Project manager for the overall H3G datacard solution within BSS and OSS architecture. Generate add-on sales by leverage on requirements' elicitation process.

Joined the start-up of DVB-H Mobile TV Program to support H3G in business analysis and then across all project's delivery phase till the launch of the DVB-H service.

Responsibility of Program Management for the WEB area (negotiate with the Customer the scope of the program called "canvass" and governance the E2E delivery of the program itself).

Scouting and prototyping of 3G services and responsibility of end to end delivery for the Proof of Concept approved by the business sponsor.Responsible for the delivery of a mobile site framework to integrate external 3rd parties products and services in the 3-tier H3G architecture.

Project Leader in Hutchison Whampoa Ltd global project on Location Based Services (LBS) and responsible for the overall management of the local delivery project to launch the first 3G mobile location based services in Italy.Coordinate a team of resources on requirements analysis, design and delivery of products, platforms and datasets, including quality assurance and handover of services to O&M.

I started working as a RF Planner on broadcasting TV in order to know process and tools used in the Network department. Then I became SW analyst and developer of a GIS-based platform integrated with a RDBMS Oracle, including DTM and cartographics databases used for planning terrestrial television networks. Then I was appointed Project Manager for the development of several platforms for Network department such as NIS, 3D antenna dimensioning, analysis of environmental and electromagnetic impacts, etc. In 1998 I participated to the bid for the assignment of the license of third mobile operator. From 1999, as a Project Manager in the Research department, I was involved in the early stages of field test of some digital terrestrial TV channels for Mediaset and Tele+ in order to tune the propagation model and to perform the analysis and definition of network scenarios for the transition from analog to digital TV. I took part of activities in some standardization and regulation Committee: • I partecipated to “Comitato per lo Sviluppo dei Sistemi Digitali - Gruppo B" promoted by AGCOM to deliver "Libro Bianco sul DTT (Digital Terrestrial Television)"; • European Radiocommunications Office, Project Team FM PT 24/Computer Group for the delivery of the database of Italian private TV and to support the validation of sw tool Cocot.I collaborate with University research departments, POLIMI and CEFRIEL. I acted as Business Builder to support Commercial Department in the annual exhibitions (NAB, IBC, IBTS) and as Solution Sales Support on RFP for relevant international TV broadcasters.

Researcher consultant in the Digital Signal Processing and Remote Sensing team coordinated by the Prof. Fabio Rocca.I developed algorithms called SCO 3D (Shot Continuation Operator 3D) and relative software for the numerical processing (interpolation) of seismic data array from terrestrial and marine 3D reliefs. I wrote some abstracts and a chapter of the final report of "Thermie 3D Modeling European Project" in collaboration with oil companies (Agip, ELF, CGG and IFP). In order to complete the abstracts the collaboration ended on July 1997.
