I lead the 10-person team for our biggest client McDonald’s. We are the lead agency and our cooperation with the nice people of McD is very wide and tight - we see us at least once a week. The magic of McDonald’s’ worldwide success is the cultural relevance: all the McDonald’s’ marketing you can see in Finland is done by us locally.We are responsible for all creative work for all the product and service platforms and lead the strategic process where we, the client and the media agency write the briefs together. We also have the project leadership for all the campaigns in medias such as TV, radio, digital, social, website, app, POS, outdoor and cinema.My biggest personal achievement with the client has been the Yhdemmäisyys/Togetherness brand platform. I see myself as a catalyst for the whole process, that started with the market research and strategic planning in Q2/2019 and culminated in the nationwide launch December 2020.
