Known for my 'original' way of delivering probably the driest topic in the world (ITIL) in an engaging, interactive and FUN way. From many years of practical experience I can relate real life to the theory to bring even the most complex elements to a level of simplicity that aids understanding.I now have two main strings, I teach Service Management in various loctions around Europe and provide 'internal audit' and consultancy services around ISO20000. I have a wall full of pieces of paper regarding ITIL, Service Management, ISO 20000 and other 'good stuff' (not really, they are all in a folder !) but, I treat this as a basic resource. In my role as Trainer, Consultant, Coach and human being it is important I can contribute to others by being able to disseminate my knowledge and insights in an effective way. I have concentrated these last few years on building my skills in communication through self improvement including becoming an NLP practitioner (2012) and qualified NLP Coach (with John Grinder - Sep 2014).together with other 'core skills'By day I am currently deep in ITIL and ISO20000 things and self development things at other times.My key message to the thousands of people I encounter and/or have the honour to teach is, they will probably have to be at work 63,000 hrs of their lives. So pick a job you like, welcome change and most importantly in everything you do, CHOOSE YOUR ATTITUDE.
