This was a temporary assignment in addition to my other responsibilites during a change of administrations. Responsible for ensuring the safety and programming for approximately 150 adolescents with significant subtance use, mental health and behavioral health care needs. In addition, I was responsible for all direct care staffing at our residential campus.
