The human experience goes beyond a summary; the complexities of the psyche are to be explored with compassion and empathy. I believe that it isn’t enough to measure someone as a sum of their success stories. When humans start relating to each other on a humane level we can understand beyond what we seek. I am a mental health advocate, seeking to promote and educate about the need for psychological interventions, assessments and therapy. My training in Clinical Psychology has equipped me with the tools to understand different psychological conditions and provide therapeutic support. I use an integrated approach with my clients and have been trained in different methods of psychotherapy including client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal and schema therapy approaches.I had a job of Junior Psychologist under supervision for the past three years and this has added to my knowledge of cognitive, personality, and behavioral assessments. I deal with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, relationship/family issues, children with Autism, children with emotional and behavioral problems, educational problems, and Behavioral issues of Schizophrenia. I use multiple interventions including Behavior therapy, REBT. I provide counseling, psycho therapy and Assessment. Confidentiality is my prime paramount consideration. The goal is to continue on the indefinite path of self-discovery and learning. I am passionate about all things psychology and intend to help those in need of psychological support.
