(IORT, IRIS Hogeschool, EHSAL)Since 2003 I'm Special Olympics Lions Club International Opening Eyes Clinical Director Belgium. This involves organising a large scale screening of mentally dishabled sporters during the annual National Games of Special Olympics Belgium. I also take the lead of the Healthy Athletes program.Other fields of interest are legal issues concerning our profession, I am active as vice treasurer of APOOB and I participate at meetings with our social security RIZIV representing the opticians.
