It's a privilege for me to manage my small team that makes such a huge impact on the lives of others through transcribing God's messages for His people.

Developed and coordinated various formal reports of state highway construction for the Commissioner of Highway Engineers and for Governor Fletcher’s use, until the non-merit state position was eliminated.

Operated a six-line, 599-extension switchboard. Responsible for all incoming calls, and for contacting doctors, emergency personnel, and surgery teams when needed. Registered Emergency Room patients during peak hours, while maintaining communications with patients, hospital personnel, and others.

Administrative Specialist for a team of educational professionals consisting of 3 School Psychologists, 1 Educational Audiologist, 1 Behavioral Consultant, 2 Special Education Supervisors, and 2 Early Childhood Specialists for a 5-county, 17-school district region. Produced over 1,000 Multifactored Evaluation (MFE) reports during my tenure in this position. Managed schedules for each employee, scheduled appointments, and served as liason between the team, the parents, and the school districts.
