Project Title: Bonga Water Injection Flowlines AssessmentClient: Shell Nigeria Exploration & Production CompanyThe objective of the project is to identify locations where a previous pipeline stress assessment on the flowlines had reported anomalies and determine if such anomalies are as result of wall loss/corrosion damages or other sources of stress such as pipeline span, bends, or seabed irregularities.Tasks;• Collated and reviewed the Water Injection flowlines data, and map them with previous stress assessment report in order to identify specific locations of anomalies• Coordinated the On-bottom roughness analysis using SAGE Profile 3.1 for the flowlines. • Interfaced between the Client and Sub-Contractors• Provided progress reports to Client• Supported in the preparation of a comprehensive report that identified anomalies for further inspection

I was part of a selected project team (in collaboration with Cranfield University, UK), responsible for reviewing the Front End Engineering Design work of the Dalia field subsea production control & chemical injection system, for subsea production loop No 303, operated by TOTAL E&P Angola.My duty was to review and analyse all the flow assurance issues, from down hole to the top of the Integrated Production Bundle (IPB) riser of the selected production loop, while recommending other qualified technologies to mitigate its flow assurance issues.The project involved gathering information from various brochures, conference papers, and industrial vendors.

The company is involved with the processing of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) in Nigeria, and its delivery to its consumers worldwide.I was part of the mechanical maintenance team in the Maintenance Engineering Department (PEM), assisting in carrying out corrective and preventive maintenance, on different mechanical equipment, such as; the centrifugal pumps, valves, gas expanders, mechanical seals, fin fans, and gear boxes for all six LNG trains, which improved the availability and reliability of the processing system within the plant.
