Koolulam is a social-musical initiative aimed at strengthening the fabric of society. The project centers around mass singing events in which large groups of non-professionals come together to form a collaborative musical creation. We bring together people from all walks of life to do one thing: stop everything for a few hours and just sing – together.

Zikaron BaSalon (Hebrew for “memories in the living room”) is an annual event, which takes place on Israeli Holocaust Memorial Day. The idea was born from the understanding that the connection between today's society and the memories of the Holocaust, has significantly deteriorated.Alongside formal events, Zikaron BaSalon offers a new, meaningful and intimate way to commemorate this day and address its implications through discussions at home among family, friends and guests. It is a unique and authentic tradition of people gathering together to open their hearts to the stories of the survivors, sing, think, read, talk and most importantly- listen.This coming Holocaust Memorial Day, we invite you to take part in shaping a Holocaust memorial, to host or participate in a gathering of Zikaron BaSalon. We will make sure that as a host it will be an easy and simple event to organize.

Or has worked with large advertising companies on nation-wide campaigns for brands and organizations such as Samsung, Tnuva, Bank Mizrahi, Durex, Fiat, Wizo, Tel Aviv Municipality, Mifa'l HaPais, Etgarim and many more. He has directed the five largest fundraising events of the special needs youth movement 'Knafaim Shel Krembo' with top Israeli musicians participating. Or has also written and directed two popular net series; 'Not All Pink' which was chosen as the official series for the 2018 Tel Aviv Pride Month, and "Like Maya", a collaboration between a top teen magazine and Johnson & Johnson.
