Started out as a java developer / mainly front-end systems. Then worked my way to the back-end over time. I developed apps, implemented ERP modules and systems and architected O2C patterns. Moved into organizational leadership as my career and opportunities with GE advanced. Then made a leap of faith into hi-tech and took a big ERP leadership role at MSFT. Picked up niche SME knowledge around e-commerce patterns moved into Azure native commerce platforms and services. After 5 years, moved to Oracle Cloud and took on subscription management platform and services. After 3.5 years, moved back to front-end systems and services and I'm now responsible for Oracle Cloud's online customer experiences.
