-working in tandem with a Spain merchandising manager and effectively, vendorsourcing and management,product development&production operation, achieve 13millions orders for each year,normally,the running items on hand are 700 +in more than 15 factories.-working closely with the Spain sales team&inhouse designing team , support to do inquiry, order and develop new samples, MOQ and cost or others negotiation.-working with the spain technical team regarding to the factory audits(BSCI,SEDEX),CAP following-up and closedown,creating the SMS tech files ,discussing the technical problems and improved in PP sample ,base&bulk tests approvals, PP&top samples approvals, Goods -release (ok to ship files issued)after the inspection reports approved, do supporting on compliances .-keeping contact with merchandiser in spain or USA and the local suppliers to control the running orders,including of the bulk production issues resolved, weekly CP reports or meetings, packing trims booking,layout approvals& payments and the goods pick up, online &final inspection and shipments operations.
