The renters wanted to be able to see all the rental information in one spot so they can easily compare all their options. They wanted the information to be accurate and current. This way they would be able to review all available homes/apartments and drill down which ones might work for them.In 1996 when the internet was starting to enter our homes I solved this frustrating task of finding what properties are available.
