- Responsible for digital marketing projects.- Responsible for defining the project scope.- Support for administrative functions and documentation for assigned- Responsible for Working collaboratively with customer and in-house production team and outsource team to ensure that the functional process of service delivery is meeting the customer's expectations and facilitation of issue resolution- Handle buying advertisements via Facebook and Instagram from Media Planner.- Other functions required as necessary

- Responsible for processing sales volume form all channels and report to manager every month. - Responsible for summarizing list of best-selling products, slow moving products and dead stock all channels.- Check inventory stocks for estimating production orders and coordinate with the factory section concerning the details of production plan.- Coordinate with shipping department concerning the delivery to customers.- Handle orders from Lazada including picking up the orders, packing and delivery sometimes.- Answer the customer’s calls and give information to the customers from all channels when the sales person is not available.- Prepare documents for Salesperson upon the customer’s request.- Design documents for using in the distributor.- Participate in outdoor activities arranged by Sales Department and other company activities as assigned.- Coordinate with all departments concerning the sales matters.- Check inventory for customers. If there is any order, coordinate with central staff to make an order.

- Responsible for administrative task for Sales Department including calculation sales commissions of - Classified Department for handling to the Accounting Department and document filling- Manage all tasks assigned by the Manager including comparison the income of all sales during the month and the year and report to the Manager and manage meeting appointments- Responsible for entering data on print advertisement by using application layar - Coordinate with all departments concerning the sales matters- Support IT tasks for Sales Department including resolving the primary problem on computer and detect & correct problems on a printer
