Oratile is a strategist, experienced project manager and change management consultant. Having experience and knowledge in Strategy Development, Change Management, Project Management, Communications and ERP implementation across industries such as mining, banking and government. Led Accenture Management Consulting (AMC) division in Botswana, integrated different industries and business services of Accenture.Involved in transforming some of the biggest names in Botswana through Strategy, Change Management, Marketing, Communications and Technology. Oratile has experience in ERP implementation for SAP system and CA Clarity (a Program and Project Management solution) and the implementation of Shared Services for Debswana a large mining company in Botswana. Oratile's core responsibility include Business Development, client relationship management, maintaining budgets, resources, planning, closing sales and project management. As a Change Management expert, Oratile was involved in developing communication strategies, measuring change readiness, change impact and remedies to achieving change adoption. Her Communication experience includes creation of Communication Strategies and brand development for a telecom, FMCG and parastatal clients. In addition, she has also been involved in HR Strategy and Change Management Framework development. She has experience in developing and delivering system training for over 3000 resources trained to run SAP and CA Clarity systems and over 800 public servants on project management.
