Responsible for establishing SOP for sales gallery, training and supervising operating staff, ensuring smooth operations of the sales gallery, managing expenses, welcoming customers at sales gallery and assisting with payments, collections, transferring; and, cooperating with Marketing and Sales Team in order to create high standard of customer experience.

. As the team leader, manage, assign and support other members to create a safe and comfort flight for passengers.. Make good teamwork to run each flight safe and smooth.. Bring "satisfaction" together, within limited time.. Sales team leader, provides training and motivation to the team to reach sales goals.. Training certificate for occupational safety, health and environment.. Others duties necessary for each passenger for safety reason, such as first aid, CPR,etc.

. Welcome guests appropriately as they arrive and depart.. Make guests comfortable while they stay at hotel.. Preparing bills and taking payments.. Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone answering inquiries.
