The main tasks of me are designing, organizing and implementing processes related to program organization of EFOTT summer festival. The biggest success factors in my work are the increase of number of visitors and profit maximization. In last year EFOTT had around 120,000 visitors which meant a huge improvement since I started working here. In 10 years, the number of visitors to EFOTT has doubled, the number of sponsors has tripled, and the budget of the event has multiplied by five.
