Razvan Orbulescu has an extensive international experience at top executive level in international businesses, since 1999. In the course of his career he acted as catalyst for growth in a variety of business contexts, ranging from difficult turnarounds to 'sustained success' situations. He has a track record of growing brands by designing and making happen innovative marketing strategies. Also, Razvan designed and led successful cross-functional, integrated change programs and processes for several business transformation challenges. Having developed high performance teams in multicultural environments, Razvan acts as a firm believer in the power of creating engaged, strength-based teams.
