Fufa is a clothing brand that focuses on delivering simple constructed clothing pieces with an original/unique edge making the garment stand out in the market. All pieces are designed in a way that would appeal flattering, comfortable, playful and bold by adding a layer of skilled craftsmanship to the construction of each piece. My tasks involved helping out with the entire process of a creating and selling a garment, which involved all activities from the first inspiration phase of a design all the way to managing stock-keeping.HIGHLIGHTS OF THE EXPERIENCE: -----------------------------------AS A DESIGN INTERN AT FUFA, I:- Researched for possible vendors both locally and globally (physical and online)- Assisted in trade shows and exhibitions with inventory management and display- Overlooked product shoots for the website - Paid regular visits to the factory to make sure the production process was going smoothly - Took part in market and supplier visits - Organised storage and performed inventory checks regularly - Modelled for the company’s summer’19 collection
