I am a hardworking, creative, cheerful and sociable individual who can fit into different teams easily. I like communicating with people. I started studying mechanical engineering in 2014. Later on, I left the engineering faculty to pursue my dreams and started studying for the university exam again. At the same time, I started studying International Relations at Anadolu University. I began studying American Culture and Literature at Başkent University in 2019. I love literature and cultural studies as well as political studies. Therefore, this department was the perfect place for me. My philosophy has changed over 4 years. I am also interested in creative writing, which is a significant part of our department. In my second year, I was elected as the Student Representative of my department and Faculty of Science and Letters. I was the representative until my graduation. In my second year, I had a position on the board of our professional student club, AMER Society. A year later, I became the president. Moreover, in my second year, I started studying Radio, Television and Cinema at the Faculty of Communications at Başkent University as a minor degree. I have successfully completed Introduction to Cinema, Sociology of Communications and Communication and Ethics. Unfortunately, I could not finish my minor because of the course overlaps in my schedule. I graduated with a degree from Başkent University in June 2023. In June 2022, I went to the United States of America within Study of the United States Institutes on Civic Engagement(at Shippensburg University). It is a special academic program for student leaders and organized by the United States Department of State. I had academic courses and attended social responsibility projects to learn about how American citizens shaped today's America. I stayed at Shippensburg University for a month and in Washington D.C. for 5 days. Other than my academic career, I have been working as an English language teacher for 5 years. I have done several translation projects since 2010.
