Located within Galataport, a new revitalization project is set along the dazzling Bosphorus waterfront in the historic district of Karaköy. Peninsula İstanbul is the 11th hotel of the brand other than located in 10 prestigious locations across the globe since 1928.- Conducted inspections to verify all work is being performed in accordance with the HSH standards, approved project submittals and qualified workmanship;- Supervised handover processes by issuing the punch lists including but not limited to FoH / Guest Rooms, Lobby, Ballroom, SPA, Lifts, Corridors & Connection Halls and BoH / operational staff areas; - Updated ready-to-inspect items in punch lists with regular follow-ups such as closing the defect if the rectification is satisfactory or opening back till the acceptance level of handing over requirements - Participated in subcontractor's manufacturing & polishing of wooden products inspections with 3rd Party Inspectors - TUV SUD Company in İstanbul & Ankara workshops and factories;- Attended to final inspection & acceptance before delivery of lighting fixtures & chandeliers with the design team in Prague - Lasvit Company - Issued and monitored all project documentation via the system of ACONEX by ORACLE.

Kazakhstan

Kazminerals Aktogay Expansion Project • Closed NCR with the application of Elastoplan 550 – Spray Elastometric insulating hybrid polyuria coating material on existing PVC floor covering in 72 Tradesman & 16 Supervisor general shower areas due to some PVC welding problems and leakage concerns. Shower tray installations have been completed accordingly.• Managed commissioning and handing over for remaining 6 three & 4 two storey buildings to the Client / Kazminerals.

Qatar

Umm Slal Mohamed 4000 Workers IWAC Project, Plot 5 Client - MME (Ministry of Municipality and Environment) / Consultant - ASHGHAL & EHAF Consulting EngineersContracted by GS Company. Design, procurement, engineering, construction and commissioning for 33 four storey accommodations & 15 one-two storey operational, in total 48 buildings with a total area of 76.000 m². Completion with over 500 site staff in a project value up to $26M.• Managed daily QC responsibilities including review of the entire documentation to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the established QCS 2014 & BS standards;• Lead planning, development, and implementation of the Quality Management Plan and system for all work divisions from notice to proceed through final client acceptance;• Developed and ensured implementation of Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and Method Statements;• Directed preconstruction meetings with the discipline engineers and all subcontractors prior to the start each new phase of work;• Conducted inspections to verify all work is being performed in accordance with the contract documents, approved project submittals and qualified workmanship;• Closely monitored site activities, issued non-conformities (NCR) and reported directly to the PM and headquarter for the sake of assuring that a conflict of interest does not occur among the productivity, schedule or the quality objectives of the project;• Coordinated and documented the testing & commissioning of building systems, punch lists, certificates of occupancy and acceptance of the works with related parties; especially building element's Fire Resistance Tests process with Exova Warringtonfire to meet Qatar Civil Defence requirements;• Conducted quality compliance operational internal audits on site as per ISO 9001 : 2015

Client – TAQA / Abu Dhabi National Energy CompanyTAQA / Atrush Oil Field - Base Camp ProjectDesign, procurement, engineering, construction and commissioning for 10 accommodation & operational buildings and all civil & infrastructure works over 7000 m². Completion with over 200 site staff in a project value up to $10 M. • Assisted to overall management and ensured main coordination between Abu Dhabi & İstanbul & Erbil main offices and Atrush construction field; • Ensured conformity of construction activities as per the designs, related ASTM & BS standards and method statements for earthworks, civil works, underground utilities of electrical & mechanical, prefabricated building erections, paving roads, landscaping, fence, utility areas such as generators, MDP, fuel & water tanks, booster pump systems, RO Units; • Conducted weekly coordination meetings to achieve the ultimate target of delivering project in accordance with contractual obligations and budget with international health and safety standards; • Reviewed, monitored and advised on status of contractor's approved work schedules; • Developed and maintained all QA/QC procedures, Quality Control Plan & ISO 9001:2008, Method of Statements, Inspection Test Plans, Nonconforming Performance and Corrective Action Plans; • Carried out all inspections and sign off documents with all parties for acceptance and invoicing; • Issued all material submittals & approvals and material inspections upon site delivery; • Prepared relevant commissioning punch lists and supervised clearance of lists; • Prepared and distributed detailed progress daily & weekly reports of site activities; • Monitored all project documentation via the system of Documentum (WGPSN) by Wood Group PSN.

Client - Faruk Group Holding / Faruk Medical City Hospital ProjectOperated/Managed by Acıbadem Healthcare Group. Designed by ZOOM/TPU. Constructed and equipped following to JCI (Joint Commission International) accredited medicare standards. Hospital and advanced clinics built on 70.000 m2 with a total capacity of 210 patient beds. Time Group were appointed as main contractor for all interior fit out works of design, procurement and internal construction works in a range of $35 M, worked with over 200 site staff.• Supervised construction implementation and monitored to ensure compliance of work with the relevant designs and quality requirements; • Assisted to project manager for review of progress, work schedules and needed resources about employees, materials, equipment; • Attended weekly regular meetings between all main contractors of Client, represented and informed ongoing progresses. Accordingly cooperated and directed vendors; • Prepared relevant commissioning punch lists and supervised clearance of lists. • Some completed works: Ceiling/wall steel structure, gypsum board, plastering, painting, normal/antibacterial wall paper, flooring/wall ceramic and marble, metal panel ceiling, self levelling and PVC flooring, over 1500 wooden-metal-aluminum manual and with mechanism door installations, ceiling/wall wooden panels, wooden parquet, wooden/aluminum skirting, wooden/corian counters, bencore panels, apavisa, digital printings and all furniture.
