For my thesis, I created a specialized Python framework for biotechnology research.I created a novel approach: 1- Utilization of tokenizers from BERT, GPT-2, and GPT-3 for gene marker analysis. 2- Utilization of encoder parts of autoencoders to reduce dimensions of the data The approach combines text embeddings of gene markers with gene expression.

During my internship, I explored the captivating world of single-cell genomics, focusing on scRNA-Seq analysis. I had the privilege of using Scanpy, a powerful program, to analyze RNA-Seq datasets, gaining valuable insights into cellular heterogeneity and gene expression dynamics.
