For my thesis, I created a specialized Python framework for biotechnology research.I created a novel approach: 1- Utilization of tokenizers from BERT, GPT-2, and GPT-3 for gene marker analysis. 2- Utilization of encoder parts of autoencoders to reduce dimensions of the data The approach combines text embeddings of gene markers with gene expression data.Results show significant improvements in cell type annotation accuracy over standard methods. (Soon the results will be public)

During my internship, I explored the captivating world of single-cell genomics, focusing on scRNA-Seq analysis. I had the privilege of using Scanpy, a powerful program, to analyze RNA-Seq datasets, gaining valuable insights into cellular heterogeneity and gene expression dynamics.
