• Determine 6-axis industrial robot(mostly ABB IRB 2400, 4400, 6400) specifications and options depend on controller cabinet hardware, offline programming, installation, communication(such as EtherCAT, Profinet.
• Work with robot and device vendors on the development of standardized application packages for use with typical end-of-arm tool devices, such as welding, material handling, bolt tightening.
• Work with the security team to develop clear robot operation specifications and document how the process is designed/validated.
• Develop procedures and maintain proper documentation related to the system, such as One Point Lessons (OPLs), Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMPs), machine ledgers, visual management tools, diagrams, sketches.
