As a professional organization in the public works sector, the FRTP IDF brings together 850 entrepreneurs, leaders, and professionals from the public works industry in the Ile-de-France region. Comprised of 5 territorial unions and 3 specialty unions, it cooperates with institutional actors and public project owners in the region.❖ Role✓ Coordination of the network of members and institutional partners in Val d'Oise and Yvelines. Leading the efforts of a regional observatory in the context of ecological transition, labor shortages, and rising material costs.❖ Challenges✓ Strengthen the reputation of the unions in the territories among institutional actors prescribing employment.✓ Support the transition to sustainable practices, aligning the construction sector with the demands of the circular economy and societal expectations.✓ Negotiate in a tense economic context, marked by rising material costs, to secure the financial viability of members.❖ Activities✓ Lead local union bodies, the network of members, and local institutional actors.✓ Establish partnerships for the implementation of integration pathways.✓ Write briefs and activity reports.❖ Results✓ General secretary of 2 unions: 33 board meetings, 12 general assemblies, and a +14% increase in members.✓ Negotiations regarding the cost overruns caused by the war in Ukraine: coverage of €9M in additional costs over one year by a major public project owner for the members of a territorial union.✓ Territorial consultation: leading a territorial diagnosis and co-creating a note integrated into a territorial project.NETWORK ANIMATION – Institutional Relations – Public Affairs – Communication – Ecological Transition – Energy Transition – Partnerships – Professional Federation - General Secretariat - Legal Expertise
