As Director of Lifecycle Marketing at The Pro's Closet, the world's largest and most trusted brand in pre-owned bikes, I am responsible for managing the customer database, creating and executing email campaigns, and optimizing the customer journey. With over 10 years of experience in marketing, CRM, and email management, I have a proven track record of delivering results and engaging customers across various channels and platforms.I am also a passionate outdoor enthusiast, cyclist, and photographer, who loves to explore new places and capture the beauty of nature. I was the first woman to finish the Tour Divide, a 2745-mile off-road bike race from Canada to Mexico, and I documented my experience in a film called Ride the Divide.
