Customer Success Engineer
Current● Working closely with the Customer Success Managers, Program Managers, and Engineering for support Customer needs and analysis of changes at the product level● Deployment of Web & Mobile application solutions as part of the Solution Delivery organization. Product configuration based on customer’s business needs. ● Design, build, QA, and implement Mobideo applications, in addition to maintaining and providing full customer support.● Writing advanced SQL queries to extract and convert data from the data warehouse● Data reconciliation, validation, and error handling in SQL Server● Performing data analysis of customer issues, requests, product usage, and behavior● Finding technical and creative solutions for customers according to the product
