Manage the AT&T (DIRECTV) entertainment client applications engineering group. Deliver multiple applications which are on a daily basis used by tens of millions paying customers. Develop a high performing group, which includes more than 500 employees, working in Agile methodology, using SAFe. Develop a leadership team, which embraces a culture of consistent learning, ownership, innovation and deliver-always attitude with high-quality performance.Lead the definition, design, and implementation of more than 35 applications and services both native and could base (DIRECTV NOW, AT&T TV, WATCH TV, DTVE, NFL Sunday Ticket) using best engineering practices and DevOps mentality. Develop KPIs to support data driven decisions for both customers satisfaction and engineering performances. Led the development of the first Tier 1 Android TV Set-Top box (AT&T Osprey), which was recently launched. Continuously seeking to explore and use new technologies.Build an international team, with best practices, including a “follow the sun” model.

Managed end to end strategic product lines with over 250 people Internationally located.Led the development of the AT&T OTT (DIRECTV NOW) Client Applications. Launched the first Entertainment OTT service for AT&T (DIRECTV NOW), in a timely record. Managing end to end strategic product lines organization with over 150 people.Led the entire development cycle from requirement to production of the AT&T VoLTE TAS (Telephony application server) which used by millions of people.Developing the AT&T IoT flow designer. The system provides developers the ability to build IoT application within hours. The system is based on cutting age technology and provides the entire cycle from development to operation (cloud base service) with one click. It was widely used during 2015 CES event.Leading the development of new innovative and breakthrough projects within the SDN (Software Design Network) controller for AT&T backbone and the SD&C (Service design and creation) engines, as part of AT&T Domain 2.0 vision. Led the development of a ‘Monitoring Center’ product. The product is the company’s flagship product, which has been used in Intelligence organizations worldwide. The Monitoring Center has been used for wiretapping into communication systems (phone, cellular, VOIP, and primarily IP).Fully active partner in the company’s strategic development.Was leading organizational changes, which required close collaboration with senior management and product managers.Was responsible for Characterization and Conceptualization of the division’s next generation wiretapping systems (40 Gbps). Led the implementation of the new system architecture. This architecture generated much interest and brought in several new projects and intellectual property.
