After 6 years as a professional consultant at the privet sector i was appointed as the Director General of the Tel Aviv Hotels Association. starting Sep 2022. before that i operated as DRORI - an independent consultant . expert in global marketing, marketing strategy, planning , crises management etc. i have a vast experience of over 30 years in tourism marketing & management. in Israel and globally. with a vast range of skills and experiences.In 2016 i retired from the Ministry of Tourism of the state of Israel after a 25 year career. my latest position which i held for close to 10 years was Senior Deputy Director General of the Ministry of Tourism& Head of Marketing Administration. (2006-2016)* i held and experienced 6 different major positions during my career in the Ministry of Tourism.in charge of all marketing activities around the world through 20 offices, and over 15 professional companies. with s full range of ATL and BTL activities such as: global marketing, branding, public relations , media buying , events, fairs and exhibitions ,crisis management and advertising. * managing an annual budget of over $ 60 million and over a 100 direct employees .* before that i was the Director of the Tourism Ministry in north Europe, stationed in London UK for 4 years .( 2002-2006) managing the UK, SCANDINAVIA , HOLLAND AND RUSSIA .* in the years 2000-2002 i was the head of Marketing Strategy and Spacial Niches Division.* that was after i was in Los Angeles as the director of the Tourist Office in western USA . (1996-2000)* i started my career as a cadet in the prestigious cadets course in 1991 .* serving also as Director of Planning and Budget (1993-1996) and Deputy Director of the Human Resources Department .(1991-1993)* A lecturer. a teaching associate for MBA courses , in the business faculty at the Ben Gurion University in Beer Sheva , Israel. and in the Kinneret academic collage
