Led a multi-office Geophysics Technology Center population of 140-180 employees and contractors located in Houston, London, Mumbai, and Milan to deliver petabyte-scale workflows pertaining to seismic processing and imaging (Omega) and seismic data management with a budget of approximately $30M. We stood out as the only Digital center with a presence in four different countries.The key highlight for me in this role was the formation of a multi-year partnership with Microsoft to develop a Seismic Processing platform on Azure. This positioned me to present at high-level meetings with both Microsoft and SLB. In addition, I had the pleasure of leading a cross-functional team of talented engineering managers, research program managers, architects, SREs, HR, and finance professionals, ensuring we stayed within budget and achieved our goals.

Led Montpellier Technology Center population of 130-150 professionals in the delivery of subsurface workflows in Wellbore Interpretation (Techlog), Structural Modeling, and Drilling with a budget of approximately $20M.I collaborated with the CEOs and CTOs of Celsius Energy and Genvia, small startups, to address their digital needs resulting in securing new business in sustainable energy. Our technology center organized EnergiaTech, a hackathon that connects students, startups, corporations, research institutes, and government agencies to advance technology so that Occitanie can be the first Positive Energy region in Europe. Since its inception, EnergiaTech has become an annual event, rotating its host city within the Occitanie region of France and attracting over 100 participants each year.
