He began his career in the independent world as a work for hire producer when in 2003 Oren, together with his producing partner, formed Fade to Black Films. Over the next few years at Fade to Black Films, Oren transitioned to become the Head of Development focusing on packaging, development and financing. Today, Oren works closely with all the major Film & Television agencies as well as management companies. He has close ties with major studios and networks and has built a strong reputation as an ethical producer with strong management skills, creative input & a commitment to his work.As President, Oren seeks out new Intellectual Properties while also developing in house projects. Understanding the value in relationships, Oren strives to continually meet new peers in the industry and find strategic ways to work together. With a strong background in Business Development, Oren continually looks for strong partnership opportunities in Film, TV, Digital & Gaming.

Acquire dozens of original content for third party distribution on the platform. Instrumental in increasing site traffic from 1M UVs to over 5M UVs per month. Specialize in relationship building and maintenance with key players in the digital and pop culture spheres, including but not limited to content creators, major talent agencies and management companies, show hosts, celebrities, short film distributors, and podcast talent. Nurture relationships with pop culture conventions, such as SDCC, ECCC, C2E2, NYCC, and SLCCC, creating original programming, panels, and live events for nationwide platforms. Develop and maintain relationships with outside sales team to increase advertising revenue for the site. Oversee public relations team in creating promotional strategy for all content and building cross-platform social media presence.
