Since 2013 I have been working as a freelancer, offering creative services such as illustration, (re)branding, design services, and more. As a freelance designer, I helped my clients bring commercial ideas to life and managed each project from the concept phase to the final product. I delivered various projects and assignments for clients, for example:-Magazine column illustrations, e.g., Enayim Magazine-Branding projects -Visual design for books, incl. Studio Praktik is a one-stop-shop branding agency for startup companies, providing a variety of creative services, e.g. websites, digital assets/products, branding developed for print, etc. In this role, I supported the Studio owner in managing clients, projects and the creative team. As the first in this role, I defined the studio’s needs, identified gaps in how we work with clients, and streamlined all processes and ways of working for the team. Among the clients I managed were Google Campus, Wix, StraemRail, Captain Up, the Tel Aviv Yafo Municipality, The Israel Museum in Jerusalem, and other clients in fashion, retail, and hospitality. My responsibilities included:-Managing clients and projects, incl. On-boarding, setting up project plans, kick-off meetings, communication throughout the project, troubleshooting and support, implementing required changes, and more-Managing the creative team and staff, incl. Staffing on projects and managing project timelines -Quality assurance of deliverables for clients-Continuous improvement of ways of working, setting goals for managing the studio, defining KPIs for success, and more
