I was responsible for the product launch process (PLP) for Digital Marketing Intelligence, including promoting new features through video education, emails, newsletters, webinars, in-app messaging, blog posts, etc.I worked closely with Solutions & Product on strategy, positioning, differentiation, and product launches; Marketing on content & campaigns; Enablement on training; Go to Marketing (GTM) on customer feedback and education.

I led Fiverr’s knowledge sharing and educational journey. My goal was to support and guide the Fiverr community with education, including in-funnel education within our platform, with the purpose of elevating our marketplace quality and improving our customer experience. I worked closely with Product Management, Customer Support, Customer Success, and other strategic teams within Fiverr. I provided valuable feedback as a user of our product and guided various teams to help plan and implement product updates and new features.I managed the Voice of Customer (VoC) team. The team's goal was to gather valuable, actionable feedback from our customers through surveys, interviews, and face-to-face meetings.

As part of the Customer Success team, I interviewed users and provided guidance to assist in their Fiverr journey. In addition, I managed Fiverr's Help Center. My responsibilities included creating content based on customer feedback, product supporting articles on new features, FAQ's, and video tutorials. I worked closely with the Product team, helping with texts, such as announcements, email communications, etc. I also updated the Customer Support team with Product team updates (fixes, new releases, etc.) to help prepare Customer Support for handling tickets.

As part of the Product team, my responsibilities included localizing Fiverr's website to Spanish, French, Dutch, German, Portuguese, and British English.As Fiverr's Localization Manager, I wrote PRDs (specs/wireframes) for the project and led a team of front and back end developers to ensure the functionality of Fiverr in English is replicated to the localized sites.I worked with the marketing, SEO, and campaign management teams to cater to the localized markets with various promotions and Google campaigns. I worked closely with the content moderation team to ensure content on the localized Fiverr sites was up-to-date and consistent with Fiverr's main site. I also worked closely with the Fiverr seller community, as our user interface (UI) was translated by the Fiverr community using a crowd sourcing platform. I was responsible for working with Customer Support to implement first tear support on the website - the "Resolution Center", where customer's are guided through a wizard to help solve their problems before they open a ticket. As a result, in the first quarter after implementation, there was a 30% reduction in support tickets.I was responsible for writing scripts, preparing voice overs, and producing video tutorials to support Fiverr's website, which appeared on the YouTube channel, Vimeo, Blog, Forum, and integrated within Fiverr.com.

I managed the localization of our company's web-based platform's user interface for two languages (Japanese and Spanish).My responsibilities included:- Managing the documentation for beta products, service packs, and general availability.- Managing the localization process for our web-based platform (for Japanese and Spanish).- Helping to create the content of the Training Zone, a client-based web site consisting of video demos (step-by-step procedures together with narrated video demos to help our customers carry out their campaign management tasks).- Implementing a wiki-style knowledge base in WordPress (on IIS), which was used by employees of the company worldwide.

I wrote documentation for the Eyeblaster ACM (Ad Campaign Manager), a web-based platform that helps media agencies launch online advertising campaigns.I was responsible for the transition of the company's documentation management platform from RoboHelp to Webworks/ePublisher Pro.I built the Training Zone, an asp/database driven client-based website containing over 100 video demos to help our customers carry out their campaign management tasks. I was responsible for writing the storyboards, narrating, and producing the video demos in Adobe Captivate.

I managed and maintained the company's intranet site for 1,200 employees. I traveled to the Pacific region to meet with content managers to setup our various branch intranet sections, including Hong Kong, Korea, China, Taiwan, and Singapore.I was responsible for implementing all service documentation into an electronic database on the company intranet site called "InfoMate". I authored a bi-weekly email newsletter for the Pacific region, Israel, Europe, Japan, and USA, which contained direct links to new content published to the intranet site.
