Working with R&D teams in the areas of SDLC secure development recommendations, conducting surveys and permeability testing and addressing gaps.● Creating the Security Awareness Enhancement program, email notifications, flyers and posters per security news and important security procedures. Presenting awareness training and presenting professional information security enhancement training to IT and Security teams regularly.● Building security plan for the protection of classified information with technological tools such as Data Loss Prevention system, secure data channels for e-mail & secure browsing.● Managing the security group (3 professionals), professionally administration for IT staff and outsourcing specialists.

● Managing the Shomera’s Information & Cyber Security array, including external consultants and integrators. ● Building annual work plans per changing information and cyber security threats as well as per the “Commissioner of the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Division (Ministry of Finance)” regulation and SOX requirements and their changes on time.● Creating security policies, work procedures, guidelines and recommendations, which apply to risk mitigation and regulation requirements.● Assessing and characterizing IT and Business projects correspondingly with security issues and components.● Managing and maintaining the Business Continuity Plan, awareness and employees training, Backup process and server’s security hardening procedure. ● Building and managing risk assessments and surveys to organization`s main systems. Working with R&D teams in the areas of SDLC secure development recommendations, conducting surveys and permeability testing and addressing gaps.● Creating the Security Awareness Enhancement program, email notifications, flyers and posters per security news and important security procedures. Presenting awareness training and presenting professional information security enhancement training to IT and Security teams regularly.● Building security plan for the protection of classified information with technological tools such as Data Loss Prevention system, secure data channels for e-mail & secure browsing.● Managing the security group (5 professionals), professionally administration for IT staff and outsourcing specialists.

· Compliance with PCI-DSS Standard and creating annual plans for regulation requirements.· Creating security policies, procedures and technical controls to maintain the level of security according to PCI-DSS standard and company needs.· Advising, assisting and enforcing security policies and procedures in the daily organization processes.· Design and implement hardening of company servers, Domain controllers and terminals.· Maintaining Check Point Firewalls, Fortigate Firewall, Domain Controllers, Exchange Servers and McAfee EPO 8.5.

· 1st Level support and maintenance for Colocation customers in Linux and Windows Servers.· Managing the Colocation Customer Care Team (7 members).
