I love building stuff. I only stopped playing with LEGO in 1983, when I wrote my first line of code on a zx81 computer. I was 11.At age 17, I worked for Compedia - an Israeli PC games company. I worked for five years as a software developer in the Israeli army, in unit 8200, and later in several Israeli companies.In 1999 I co-founded my first startup, and in 2000 I co-founded my second one, which was acquired by CA (computer associates).I’ve worked as a VP and a C-level executive on small companies, large multinational firms, in many areas of software development, including Algo-trading, FinTech, Cloud Computing, AdTech, AI, and more.In 2013 I encountered the Satoshi whitepaper and started my blockchain journey: • 2013 - Led one of the first successful implementations of a Bitcoin-based tokenization protocol (ColordCoins). • 2015 - Worked with Epiphyte to embed early blockchain projects in large European financial institutions, such as Santander, Barclays, Visa, and others. • 2017 - Created a Decentralized Autonomous Organisation (DAO) called PAKET to empower global decentralized parcel delivery. • 2019 - Helped ORBS create a Level-1 blockchain. • 2020 - Managed the development of a blockchain custody solution for Swiss-regulated banks. • 2021 - I’ve joined Tectona as COO to enable institutional investors in Israel to get exposure to the blockchain markets.Now is the time to bring blockchain technologies to the masses.
