Mr. Hon is currently CEO of Elad National Properties, a self managed, primarily a multifamily residential platform with over 10,000 units in 8 different states in the US. With assets over $1.2bn, Elad also owns office buildings, hotels and potential development projects.

Mr. Oren Hon is Founder and Director of Neve Hon Group, an asset management company specializing in residential real estate in South Florida

Mr. Hon is currently Founder and Managing Partner of Pegasus Ventures, a private equity company focused on early-to-medium stage, low-tech enterprises.

At Gazit-Globe, Oren has acquired years of extensive expertise in retail real-estate sectors and has spearheaded the Group’s worldwide M&A activity and the development of its public and private platforms. This included deal sourcing, underwriting, negotiations and closing of transactions. Throughout his years at Gazit, Oren headed and participated in over $1bn of successful single asset and portfolio transactions. Oren was also director and member of several investment committees of the Group’s companies
