Provided technical support and consultation to agency partners looking to integrate with Login.gov, a government-wide digital identity provider. Designed and built tools and systems to improve the efficiency and throughput of the Partnerships team and worked with other members of the team, including account managers and engineers, to develop and implement improved processes for acquiring, onboarding, and supporting agency partners.
