Coordinating a design-to-analysis process through multiple disciplines for effective and efficient product delivery. - Converted all Delta IV Interstage thermal models to comprehensive and dynamic Thermal Desktop models. Due to efficiency of conversion and robustness of models, request was made to convert entire Delta IV vehicle into Thermal Desktop. - Created component and system level models of Delta IV Interstage by starting directly with the CAD software, processing within multiple Finite Element Modelers, and finishing with either NASTRAN thermal or Thermal Desktop. - Working with Delta IV design integrator and structural lead to utilize new design-to-analysis methodology that will improve quality of analysis and significantly reduce analysis delivery times and chances for error.

Performed modeling and analysis of the propulsion system of the Orion Crew Exploration Vehicle (CEV) and ensured integration between the propulsion, and vehicle systems teams in Denver and Houston. -Suggested relocation of Orion Main Engine Thrust Vector Control (TVC) system controllers after modeling and analyzing the TVC system in ground-ops, ascent, orbit, and transit flights.-Modeled and analyzed roll control, auxiliary, and main engines of both the Crew Module and the Service Module on the Orion CEV.
