I have worked alongside and managed hundreds of professionals and feel I have learnt from each of them. I have vast experience in building teams and growing them (especially their members), strategic and vision-oriented thinking, driving change and implementing strategy in a process oriented, learning motivated manner to [better define and then] reach business goals. I have quite a bit of successful mileage in mentoring and growing managers, and consulting to startup managements. I have hands-on experience in instilling Lean Startup principles and building the appropriate methodologies, tools and mindset to make them work in real life. Many people know what Lean Startup *should* look like, I am happy to have had the privilege of actually making it work, and here too (just like in many other cases), experience is king ;-) I am driven by learning, believe in people, fascinated by creativity and inspired by nonconformist thinking. I LOVE helping individuals and organizations grow and improve by finding their own internal strengths and use them to effectively define goals and reach them (via hard work, of course... there's always that).
