• Business Development: joint work with the Israeli Export and International Cooperation Institute; Identifying and supporting BD opportunities for Israeli manufacturers (~250 companies) e.g. creating opportunities for international cooperation, identifying potential markets, supporting adjustment of products to international standards etc. • Foreign Trade of the Industries Association: establishing and improving international trade agreements with the Foreign Trade Administration in the Ministry of Economy. • Managing professional Regulation Forums to deal with regulatory barriers; formation of industry Position Documents. • On-going operational support to the association members while working effectively with various governmental, financial, legal and other interfaces. • Involvement in industry related marketing campaigns.

• Managing a P&L unit (operational, logistic, financial and labor aspects) and direct management of ~50 employees. Design and execution of annual work plan including budget management, procurement, quality, control etc. while working effectively with various interfaces and functions (i.e. Regional managers, B&I sites, suppliers and corporate functions - finance, legal, HR, Procurement). • Design and execution of a corporate led project for the implementation of global work processes, standardization and efficiency improvement processes in the CPU and B&I sites. The project included mapping and profound analysis of existing work processes, involving quality, procurement, logistic, HR and financial aspects, as well as acquaintance with Sodexo global work processes and standards. Finally, establishing and executing a compressive action plan for the CPU and B&I sites to accommodate Sodexo's global standards, quality and profitability requirements. In this role, I've worked directly with Sodexo Corporate and regional functions in France and Scotland.• Managing the CPU-B&I sites supply-chain and logistic operation in accordance with international and local quality standards (ISO, HACCP, BRC)

• Identifying Israeli companies and creating business engagements and opportunities abroad; establishing Private Labels. • Business and operational consultation to food chains in Israel and abroad while focusing on enhancing business results: work processes optimization, operational efficiency and accommodating products to international market.
