Using Catia surfacing tools, modeled radiator ducts for CFD analysis, as well as aerodynamic fairings to encapsulate Universal Hydrogen’s new hydrogen-electric powertrain and integrate with existing aircraft structures.Designed and manufactured sheet metal enclosures and copper bus bars, in collaboration with electrical engineers, for the high, medium, and low voltage electrical systems on the AmpCart H2 airport ground support equipment (GSE) charger. Also designed, validated, and built the structural frame, subsystem mounts, outer walls, and 3D printed components on the AmpCart H2 alongside another engineer, delivering demo-ready prototype hardware on a tight timeline and impressing top airline executives.Developed product requirements definition (PRD) documents for the AmpCart H2 in collaboration with other subject matter experts.

Designed a deionized-water cooling system to test hydrogen fuel cells at First Mode's development facility prior to their integration into the vehicle design, including structural, thermal, and fluid flow analyses in Python and Excel, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) in Visio, and a 3D CAD model in NX.Developed a GUI-based pressure drop calculator in Python to standardize and expedite pipe flow calculations across the company. Integrated libraries of standard fittings, pipes, and fluid properties, the ability to store, share, and retrieve calculations, and support for any number of pipe segments.

Designed and developed Trace Anything, an Android app designed to help anyone looking to improve their drawing skills through tracing with the help of an AR digital image overlay. App was written in Java using Android Studio, and currently has 800,000+ downloads and four stars on Google Play.Competed in the UW Dempsey Startup Competition in 2023.

Designed a new gear train for XACT's surgical robot to enhance acoustic performance and reduce tooth wear in the medical device. Conducted research and lab tests to isolate dominant frequencies and pinpoint the sources of the noise, modeled my design in SolidWorks and GearTrax, 3D resin printed a prototype, and presented my findings at a formal preliminary design review (PDR).Designed a novel safety shutter assembly that improved manufacturability by reducing the part count from 36 to 17 while enhancing the shield’s ingress protection and eliminating rattle.

Evaluated consumers’ and small businesses’ (SMB) requirements and constraints to configure and sell end-to-end solutions that empower higher productivity using Microsoft devices, software, and cloud services.Proposed and built a new CRM workflow for efficient B2B lead management, contributing to a multi-million-dollar pipeline.Led productivity workshops and supported training of new employees.

Developed a Remotely Operated underwater Vehicle (ROV) capable of diving up to 50 feet, manipulating valves and switches, retrieving objects, and taking underwater measurements for the Marine Advanced Technology Education (MATE) Center’s competition.Engineered the ROV’s novel and low-cost manipulator, waterproofing, and electronics systems.Directed the engineering design process, system integration, and collaboration between subsystem teams.Competed for two years at the regional level, ascending to the international competition the second year.
