    I created a backend portal for Kreg Therapeutics which includes countless reports for business owners, VPs, managers, and engineering personnel, as well as a complete system for Human Resources, which allows the HR staff to manage employee vacations, sick days, global holidays, Overtime rules, and other aspects of the day to day employee life. Another system was created within the portal, as a module, which allows for “Time and Attendance” sort of a clock in/clock out system. This module uses Microsoft’s INK and FINGER PRINT technology “biometrics” to allow employees to clock in/clock out, like a time-card, but at the same time giving the employees an easy to use, graphically rich EMPLOYEE DASHBOARD to be able to look up: hours worked, time off, vacations left, overtime, days tardy, days absent, etc…All done with visual studio.net 2010 and 2012 for some modules (specially the remote sign in and offline check in) running on multiple windows 2008 R2 Servers and connecting with SQL Server 2008R2. All project management was done with Team Foundation Server and SharePoint. C++ modules were also developed to handle the finger print matching.
