Implementation and Projects:- Msheireb Downtown Doha - Phase 4 (MDP4) Description: A housing and commercial development comprising of 10 separate buildings with 5 to 20 storeys, built over a 6 level shared basement.Responsible for:- Development and implementation of BIM in the Project.- Monitoring of the BIM subcontractor authoring the model and the Shop Drawings.- Establishing and enforcing the BIM execution plan, BIM workflows and modeling guidelines/standards.- Identifying, coordinating and solving any issues related to BIM Process with any responsible party.- Linking the model and its metadata with the output of other departments within the project (Engineering, Construction, Planning, Procurement, Contracts, Document Control), to create a common language interface for Project Controls through 4D.- Consolidation and management of the project’s material takeoffs. Distribution of the processed data to all interested parties.- Designing the framework for implementing the data related to assets into the model, as part of its upgrade to As-Built status.- Coordination with the relevant parties within the project for efficient CRFIs monitoring and control system by using the BIM model’s data.- Tracking and reporting of the BIM subcontractor’s deliverables and progress through an online DCG platform.- Attending technical & coordination meetings and distributing the feedback to relevant teams.- Supervision of model review.

Projects:Sidra Medical & Research Center (SMRC)(August 2015 – December 2016)Position: BIM CoordinatorDescription: A 400-bed hospital, medical education center and biomedical research center, with capability of serving 275.000 patients per year.Bani Hajer North - Roads Infrastructure (BHP):(April 2015 - August 2015)Position: BIM Authoring Team LeaderDescription: Roads infrastructure Roads project in a residential area. Hardscape, Softscape, Storm Water, Foul Water, TSE, Electrical and Telecom disciplines were implemented.Vista Towers Project (BVP)(March 2015)Position: BIM Team LeaderDescription: High Rise residential towers with commercial uses in the ground floor.Responsible for:- Establishing BIM workflows and modeling guidelines/standards.- Quality control of BIM deliverables.- Implementing automation modules in the modeling process.- Continuous updates & development for the project libraries.- Production of material takeoffs.- Establishing of the object tagging scheme.- Utilizing of laser scanning for the production of an accurate and up-to-date As-Built model, through point cloud comparison.- Extraction of 2D As-Built drawings from the 3D model.
