Being in the military for over 25 years, I bring significant experience in human resourcing & personnel management, strategy and project management. My wide international experience has enriched my perspective and deepened my overall understanding of the changing global environment. Having lived in the US, Italy and Africa (Chad) for over 4 years in NATO positions, gives me the ability of adapting easily to a new situation, whilst connecting and influencing my team.
