As a customer service representative, I ensured customer's inquiries, suggestions, orders are met and attended to with utmost diligence and care. Working in the FCMG industry, as a customer service rep, I had to always be on my toes, as it involves dealing with consumer's personal needs. I also worked with the sales team to launch online sales and promote sales across digital platforms.

I worked within the Television arm of the organization, here I shuffled between interning in the production department and the Social media team. As a production Intern, I worked as an assistant in live and pre-recorded shows, was involved in the pre-production and production stages of productions. I was opportune to go out on the fields to conduct interviews and gather information useful for programs. With the social media team, I worked in the capacity of social media handler, responsible for posting content across the platforms social media pages. I also worked with the social media team to create contents specially for our online audience.
