This is done in 3 specific channels:Partnership Consultancy: Working in partnership using an enquiry-based approach to initiate and facilitate change through open and honest conversations‘Inspire & Enquire’ Create a space for individuals to develop themselves further via workshops & programmes that enhances thought leadershipCommunity: Help organisations / leaders have the conversations that really matter by providing space, structure and support for honest, open and authentic feedbackOur process includes the following:• Work with organisations and individuals to facilitate cultural #change• Implement initiatives at all levels of the organisation across #diversityandinclusion, collaboration, change and #transition• Help organisations create an inclusive, diverse and cohesive culture• Helps #leaders, managers and staff initiate conversations to encourage open and honest communication• Elicit and identify patterns of behaviour that prevents change • Identify team capabilities to empower and support progress• Encourage conversations needed to create new dialogue for change• Undertake visualisation techniques to facilitate long-lasting, empowering change• Clients include: UBS, Starbucks, BP, NHS, The Civil Service, European Commission, The Guardian, HSBC, Joules, Long Tall Sally, LVMH, Network Rail, News UK, British Research Council, Oxfam, Pentland Group, TI Media, Aurora Fashions and a number of small charities.• Run workshops to establish new strategies • Work closely with #CEOs, #HRManagers and Heads of #Leadership&Development to implement organisational development plans • Manage culture change initiatives/events and shadow consulting assignments when teams are stuck• Advise on Diversity & Inclusion thinking & best practice through programme design, evaluation and one-to-one #coaching
