About Ola Lagunju - Od And Inclusion Consultant

Ola left a series of senior leadership roles at global corporations to create New Chapter in 2013. She is a storyteller, activist and social scientist working to help people be seen, heard and understood in organisations and society. Ola brings unconventional and sometimes messy thinking to the world of diversity, inclusion and belonging, and uses deceptively simple lenses and straightforward language to help people experiment and make their own unique discoveries. With a deep expertise in human dynamics and organisational culture, and as a trained biochemist and biopharmacist, the belief that progress emerges through curiosity and experimentation informs everything she does. Ola has worked with the likes of Starbucks, UBS, BP, SKY, The Guardian, HSBC, Oxfam, Network Rail and the NHS and is visiting faculty on a number of culture change and leadership educational programmes
