As the Data Science Portfolio Manager at RappiCard Mexico, I lead a team focused on Growth, Pricing, Portfolio Risk, Credit Lines, Financial & Operations, and Customer Experience. Together, we work on optimizing acquisition rates, scrutinizing financial metrics, and managing portfolio risk. Our team leverages data analytics and machine learning to make strategic decisions that have significantly improved our KPIs. In this role, I serve as the linchpin connecting data science capabilities with overarching business objectives, fostering a balanced portfolio that drives both growth and stability.

As Co-Founder and CTO of AIMO Research, I collaborate with a skilled team to enhance knowledge discovery and management via conversational AI. We focus on streamlining customer feedback and pre screening processes through AI-driven in-depth interviews, turning free-form natural language into structured data. Our technology provides a range of knowledge management tools, including knowledge maps, analytics, and meta chats (querying the interview corpus for deeper insights). Our aim is to provide actionable data for better decision-making, be it in reducing churn rates, pre-screening customers or optimizing e-commerce.
