Master Franchisor of Bricks4Kidz and Bricks4Biz in Turkey.

 Established and led the core management team to merge local organizations of Atos Origin and Siemens IT Services to form Atos Turkey.  Transformed the company from a mid-level player position into one of the leading IT services companies in Turkey,  Doubled the business volume (in EUR) within 3 years while significantly improving profitability. Expanded the team from 370 to 680 people. Developed a people oriented leadership culture, awarded as second best in Turkey by “Great Place to Work Institute” in 2013.  Improved customer satisfaction index, reached a contract renewal ratio close to 100%. Diversified business risk by winning new & big international customers (export business). Stabilized the business volume above 100 m€ and reached target profit level of Atos global.

 Became Country Manager of SIS Turkey in July’10. A strategic cooperation with Atos Origin has been announced short after the change.  Executed a transformation program to be prepared for the merger in 2011.  Growth and profit improvement in the base business were initiated.

 Joined SIS Turkey as COO during replacement of the whole management team as a result of a crises and huge losses in 2005.  Managed SIS’ operational units to deliver IT solutions and outsourcing services with a team of ca. 200 internal and 500 external employees.  Initiated a comprehensive change program to stabilize running projects and to stop the loss of talents. The company significantly improved from the initial crisis situation, but still with some challenges in winning new business and reaching profit targets.
