- In the first part of the internship, I learned about the organizational structure of Shell, its domestic and international activities, decision-making processes and the creation and maintenance of managerial methods such as interdepartmental communication. I also had the chance to get detailed informations about Shell’s regional lubricant manufacturing complex in Derince.- In the second part of the internship, together with my team, we took part in a project called "Economic Steps to be Taken to Generate Energy Using Hydrogen and Adapt it to Turkey". For this project, we proceeded through market research and examples from abroad. At the end, we presented the project to the Shell Energy Board of Directors.

n order to gain experience in working and living abroad. I attended the Work and Travel Summer program for 4 months. Through working in a different country, I had the chance to improve my English skills, problem solving capability and team-oriented working.
