• Creating and updating planning parameters in MRP • Working with the R&D department for BOM definitions in ERP• Working with the warehouse team for parts settings, etc. to ensure the maintenance of inventory and works• Solving material problems when necessary• Helping the communication of R&D and production teams to solve production problems• Working with all departments to ensure that the material requirement, suitability and workflow are correctly defined in the Netsis MRP system• Ensuring that the material supply is in accordance with the production plan and the work orders are suitable for sales• Preparation of monthly material purchase plan and responsibility of material turnovers • Determining the production capacity• Research and implementation of improvements in production times• Working in harmony with the QMS and EMS processes and to lead the team in these issues• To be responsible for the waste storage

• To enter the recipe of the device into the ERP program after the order is notified to production,• To determine of order delivery date and inform the logistic department• To ensure the effectiveness of the ERP system used in the production area, to solve problems that may occur,• To create a bill of materials in case of need, questioning whether the materials are sufficient according to the warehouse stocks of the device whose prescriptions are entered and the status of the previous orders,• To ensure that all the materials in the stockpiles are in stock according to the determined critical stock; to create the demands of materials that fall below the critical stock,• To sign the demand forms to the supervisors of the department specified under the form and obtaining approval by the Purchasing Manager,• To control every stage of production from the computer environment regarding the devices to be produced; to warn the production personnel related to the semi-product / device that has experienced a delay due to the planning or to coordinate with the Production Responsible,• Arbitration in cases where the materials delivered by prescription from the warehouse are not delivered by the number,
