-Plan master production schedules (by executing daily buckets for each shift) using an MRP system based on sales forecasts, production capacities, inventory policies, and lead times.-Leads the design of production schedules that adhere to the agreed-upon level of available capacity to ensure that finished and semi-finished goods are available with required volume and at the optimum stock levels to fulfill customer demand while reducing costs.-Drives optimal FG&SFG inventory levels, analyzing important supply parameters on a regular basis and seeking improvements to manage lot sizes, cycle duration, production frequency, frozen period, WMs inventory level, and so on.

- Performing as a hub for end-markets (more than 20 countries) to ensure information flow in and out is directed to the appropriate channels and functions within the factory (SPOC).- End to end planning with local and UK & Singapore planning teams with business intelligence provided by the end-markets - Ensuring that all export shipments reach their destinations on time in full based on their incoterms without any delay on customs and with zero warehousing and demurrage costs.

- Logistics & Customer Service- Distributor channel logistics execution in Turkey with more than 100 points- Delivering all goods orders on time in full with minimum cost - Handling inventory stock levels- Assuring distributor complaints are cascaded to the right functions- Working with TM&D planning on Channeling New Product Introduction pipeline stocks to distributors for maximum and homogeneous market penetration.- Managing excise processes and the execution of discount
