I am working as a Senior IT Business Rrelationship Manager under AstraZeneca Global Enabling Units IT department and supporting Global Business Services Projects. Under this role; I have Successfully managed the deployment of global grants and sponsorship management solution to AstraZeneca Within 8 months; the solution is deployed to 4 different Regional SAP instances technically and all validation and SoX requirements are met. More than 10 business units has gone live with the project throughout this period. Cross functional; multi-location teams are managed successfully against different timezones (Asia; EU; LATAM & NAM) Business deployment strategy has been delivered and agreed with business which will be a base for future deployment of similar projects in Global Business Services.  Service teams onboarded to support the project during BAU period. HCP contracting project (called HCP Connect) project initiation activities completed successfully at the same time. Vendor challenges are managed properly within given budget and timeline through proper escalation to the business leads/sponsor. Project is successfully managed and delivered within given timeframe; under budget provided as well as with the agreed scope.  Vendor capability improvement suggestions provided and those are taken into consideration which will make the future market deployments smooth.

 I have worked as as an IT Capability Lead for International Region which covers Latin America; Middle East and Africa; Asia Area as well as China & Japan including Russsa Eurosia for Enabling Functions(Finance; Legal; HR; Procurement). In this role I have deployed; managed and worked on numerous projects to the Commercial International Region like Concur; Veeva Meeting Management (Finance Integration); Nucleus; SCoA; FT Core; SAP Simplification; V4Cast; SAP Implementations(like SSA; Nigeria; Kenia; Algeria; Vietnam); iSave; SS4G; GDoA Implementations; Material Code Harmonization; Standardization & Simplification Projects (Workflows both platform & Processes; Reporting Projects; RPA) etc with managing the last mile local system impact and changes.  Lead the coordination of global solution delivery across the region with collaboration of local; regional and global business and delivery teams. Worked with Regional; Local and Global Project Teams to make sure that the solutions developed from global fit for purpose in the local markets.  Managed local country expectations successfully by adopting their needs into the global programme’s business cases. Drive local system decommissioning linked with global platform delivery. Number of applications has been reduced dramatically with the global platform deliveries. (60%) Drive simplification and standardization agenda across the region and built a best practice sharing community to share best practices between the markets. Connect local markets with the global process owners as well as SMEs to simplify their way of working to increase standardization across the region.  Designed Regional vision; Demand List & prioritization and implementation plans ensuring technical solutions fit with AZ architecture roadmaps and blueprints. Managed and coordinated the programme budgets; forecasts; tasks; schedules; and change management for the region to support effective programme decisions.

I have worked as an IT Executive / Finance & HR Business Partner in IT Department in AstraZeneca Turkiye. I have managed development of local projects as well as localization of global projects as an IT Project Manager. Beside this, various tools and reports were developed in SAP for Finance Department. Change Management, User Management and System Controlling operations are managed in SAP. I was the project manager of some of the locally developed applications. I was also managing some Software Validation Projects in AstraZeneca Turkey (ITS System). Additionally; development of HR projects; localization of those Global HR Projects were also managed under this role. I was supporting MEA Region for Finance and HR Application portfolio as well as Workflow Management Solutions. I was working as a Portfolio Manager in MEA Region. Collecting Risk Registry for the Region as well as prioritization of those risks were in the description of my Job. End to end Project Delivery; Cost Management; Project Management and Value Management was in the tasks of my Job. I was managing the procurement of AstraZeneca Turkey IT. Preparation of Business Case; taking approval from stakeholders for the Project; periodic progress reviews were in scope of my Job.

 I have worked as a Software Development Specialist.  Within the AstraZeneca Finance, HR, Medical and Sales and Marketing Departments’ related IS software projects were developed, managed and deployed successfully.  In some of the projects, outsorce resources were used. The management of outsource resources were also one of my responsibilities.  I have joined to some of the global IS projects (SAP, GTE, EERP, Quattro, QFI, etc) and taken part in localization process and manage some of them.  Data Migration, Requirement Analysis and Project Coordination responsibilities were successfully managed.

 Developed and managed IT Projects for the university like Online Student Registration System; Online smart card payment systems; online library system; online content management system for courses; etc. We also support European Community Projects (5.th and 6. Th framework projects) to which university participated.
